Course Name : ITIL Foundation
This course provides comprehensive first-level training for anyone involved in provision, support, and delivery of IT Services. The purpose of this course is to make participants obtain knowledge of the ITIL terminology, structure and basic concepts and to comprehend the core principles of ITIL practices for Service Management. The course covers the five core volumes which provide an end-to-end view of IT and its integration with business strategy.
Mr Gunasekaran has more than 30 years of corporate experience in software development and 24X7 machine critical infra &application supports and maintenance. He has played roles globally in delivery/program management - managing large IT development, infrastructure and maintenance projects. His overseas stint includes working for system integrator, Bank IT division and as a delivery head for a large bank. In his most recent role, he was HCL Technology's onsite Global Production support head for a large Swiss Investment bank.
