    Skill sets:

    High level role description

    • Proficiency in Photoshop, HTML and CSS is a must. Strong MS PowerPoint skills required
    • Proficiency in the use of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, and Flash
    • Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media such as Social Media channels
    • Experience with design programs such as, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash desired
    • Good experience and knowledge on responsive website designs for creating websites compatible with any devices preferred

    Summary

    • The Graphic Designer is responsible for providing multimedia support to the e-learning development team and internal clients. Should have a unique combination of graphic design, animation and web programming skills.
    • Is responsible for developing graphics and visuals for eLearning, Web-Based and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses..
    • Create eLearning solutions that meet client’s corporate style guidelines but consistently surpass client expectations with flair.

    Skills / Experience

    • Education (mandatory).
    • Tertiary qualifications or demonstrable capability to operate at their level ISTQB Software Testing (Foundation Level).

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Design and develop eLearning products and other online learning resources for eLearning, Web-Based and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses.
    • Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to understand business, user and training requirements and translate those requirements into visually appealing graphical design for eLearning solutions.
    • Develop user interfaces, prototypes and screen templates for online learning modules and web-portals.
    • Create graphics, illustrations, animations, interactive exercises, and videos for web-portals, eLearning, and virtual learning modules.
    • Create interactive or animated graphics and videos using a variety of tools such as Adobe Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design.
    • Create posters, banners, web site, images, advertising banners, brochures and marketing collaterals for corporate use.
    • Perform other duties as assigned in graphics, web design and development.

    Job Description:

    • Analyze the requirements provided by the client and SMEs for the development of compelling courseware that achieve learning goals.
    • Develop objectives and ensure content matches those objectives Rephrase content to meet the learning needs Organize content and activities for student learning Visualize media to support learning (visual aids for ILT, multimedia for WBT)

    Create assessments:

    • Adapt instructional materials created for one delivery mode to another (usually this is adapting materials from ILT to WBT) Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders.
    • Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously.

    High level role description

    • Manage and design learning projects based on Adult Learning Theory (ALT) and sound Instructional Design principles and practices
    • Perform effective needs analysis to accurately define learning objectives
    • Create course outline and design specifications to be used as blueprint instructions for content development
    • Create and review eLearning modules and Instructor Led Training (ILT) materials, based on customer requirements and performance criteria, using various development tools
    • Develop instructionally sound training materials including presentations, storyboards, scripts, job aids, instructor guides, participant guides, activities, workbooks, assessments, and other training materials as part of project deliverables
    • Provide inputs to graphic designers for enhancing the design elements of the course
    • Evaluate current training programs and recommend changes to increase effectiveness
    • Collaborate with external and internal SMEs and content developers to build and improve course content
    • Performs other duties as assigned in the instructional design and development project

    Summary

    • The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and evaluating learning programs and curricula to support instructional design needs of the company and clients.

    Skills / Experience

    • Education (mandatory).
    • Instructional design skills and exceptional skills in eLearning development.
    • Ability to apply various Instructional strategies, models and theories to content.
    • Proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge of any one Authoring tools like Lectora, Articulate Storyline/Engage and Adobe Captivate etc. will be an added advantage.
    • Knowledge and Proficiency in a Learning Management System (Moodle) preferred.
    • Excellent communication, management and organizational skills.
  • LMS Administrator -4+Yrs experience on MoodleOpen or Close

    • Responsible to create, develop, and track training initiatives and prioritize training development projects based on the client requirements.
    • Responsible for the design, development and implementation of structured training programs that support and improve organizational efficiency.
    • Manage learner profiles in the LMS database and administer requests, updates, and terminate as needed.
    • Understand the tools and technologies specific to Elearning and blended learning development and delivery.
    • Proficient in understanding the interoperability standards like SCORM, AICC and IMS etc.
    • Reuse or maintain an already developed tool across projects.
    • Serve as LMS administrator to the organization with a focus on first time resolution of learner issues including transcript issues, account requests, system functionality issues, etc.
    • Study the existing administration process and suggest improvement plans
    • Support the deployment of learning.

    • Certification in CCNA/CCNP/CCDP or equivalent preferred
    • At least 2-5 years of experience in handling Network issue identification and solving Desktop support

    • Software installation and troubleshooting
    • Virus scanning & monitoring
    • Backup support
    • Able to support in ISMS documentation
    • Network reach ability & troubleshooting skill.
